Mark Sincavage is a full-time real estate agent and REALTOR®, negotiating successful real estate deals since 2010 in New Jersey and New York and in South Carolina, where he currently resides and conducts his real estate business.

 

Dedicated and hardworking, Mark prides himself on making sure that all his clients experience smooth real estate transactions. He negotiates the best deal possible. Then he oversees and manages all aspects of the transaction from start-to-finish to make sure it gets done right and on-time. Along the way, he maintains regular communications with his clients so you are always kept up-to-date on progress and next steps.

 

Through experience and continued education, Mark has achieved the premier credentials of Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

 

Before making real estate his career, Mark spent over 25 years as a marketing professional providing both traditional and digital marketing strategy planning and implementation for a wide variety of industries ranging from small local businesses to global corporations and non-profit organizations. Mark continues to use his ever-growing knowledge and experience of marketing when selling houses for his clients.

 

When not busy with real estate, Mark enjoys spending time with family, friends and his miniature pinscher dog, listening to many different genres of music and volunteering time to charitable organizations.
